Promotion Regulations

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entry forms may be obtained by sending a postcard with your name, address and telephone number to PROMOTIONS: 372 E 6th Street, Chico Must be postmarked by February 14, 2005 for eligibility. Limit one entry per person. Contest open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older as of the date set forth in the contest advertisement. Entries must be received by date set forth in contest advertisement. Winners to be selected at random. Use Auction Sniper between February 4, 2005, 12:01 am and February 14, 2005, 12:01 AM, select shipping insurance, and the snipe is free. Shipping Insurance must be selected before the auction closes and cannot be turned off once the auction closes, in order to maintain eligibility. (3) Winners will be entered into a drawing to have their won item paid for by Auction Sniper, up to $500. This offer is not retroactive and the winner will be determined by Auction Sniper.

All snipes entered to the Auction Sniper website between February 4, 2005 and February 14, 2005, and selected to buy shipping insurance will be free. Additionally, all Auction Sniper users who purchase shipping insurance between February 4, 2005, to February 14, 2005 will be automatically included in a random drawing to have the cost of the item paid to the (3) winners, not including shipping and handling charges. This is limited to a $500 value.

Not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, illegible entries or entries containing incorrect information. Entries become the property of the sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. Prizewinner(s) will be selected by representatives of AuctionSniper.com from among all eligible entries received. Prizewinner(s) will be notified by e-mail, mail or telephone. Employees of Auction Sniper, other participating sponsors, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in same household are not eligible. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except as provided herein. All federal/state/local taxes are the sole responsibility of prizewinner(s). All federal/state/local laws and regulations apply. Potential prizewinner(s) must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability/Prize Acceptance Form within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance/return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Auction Sniper, other participating sponsors, their parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents, and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability that may arise from their acceptance and/or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse, or malfunction of any prize awarded. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if any prize is unavailable. Acceptance of any prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or who is otherwise in violation of the Official Rules. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest in the event the contest is not capable of completion as planned (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering or technical failures of any kind). In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account used to enter the contest at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these rules. Authorized account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the judges. By entering, participants consent to receive notification of future promotions, advertisements or solicitations by or from Auction Sniper, its affiliates or any other sponsor or advertiser via e-mail, direct mail or other means of communication.
